The location stood out, just a short walk from local amenities like McDonald's and Family Mart. Staff attention impressed me. They handled my bags before check-in and provided good service throughout my stay. The room, while basic, was clean with necessary amenities. The building showed its age, with limited electrical outlets situated awkwardly away from the bed. The bathroom felt cramped, and the ventilation left much to be desired. I faced trouble with temperature control as the AC unit was inadequate, even in winter. It's a decent spot if you keep your expectations realistic, but improvements in comfort and room layout would make a big difference.

Its rooms were clean. Bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The location was comfy and excellent, just a pleasant stroll away from Jmsdf Sasebo Historical Materials Museum. And the area was shopping, close enough to restaurants and military base, train station, and the mall.

Check-in at 3 PM and a 10:30 AM checkout can be inconvenient, especially when a limited number of TV channels-with a language barrier-provides minimal entertainment. We encountered cleanliness issues, like coffee stains on the toothbrush package and long hairs on the shower curtain. The rooms have limited outlets, and due to poor ventilation, sleeping with the window open was necessary even in April.

The location is excellent, close to the downtown area which allowed my partner and me to walk to all our desired locales. The staff was very helpful, offering extra toiletries and explaining how to use the thermostat. The deep bathtub.
